Frequently Asked Questions
Is an in-app message the same as publishing a post?
No. Publishing adds content to feeds. In-app messages actively alert recipients.
Do all followers get in-app messages?
Only the audience you target. Not every Member follows your organization.
How is this different from email?
In-app messages stay inside Trepy. Email uses a separate Communications channel.
