Trepy is a communication, engagement, discovery, event, ticketing, livestreaming, and organizational management platform designed to help individuals, businesses, organizations, creators, instructors, performers, guides, educators, speakers, hosts, and other service-oriented professionals manage and grow their operations.

Message and data rates may apply depending on your wireless carrier and service plan.
Users may opt out of SMS communications where applicable by:

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

- attendee behavior

7. FOLLOWS, FEEDS, AND CONTENT PERSONALIZATION
Trepy allows users to:
- follow organizations
- follow sub-admins
- save posts

- personalize content experiences
Trepy may use activity information to:

- organize feeds
- support event visibility
- maintain platform functionality
- improve user experience
Trepy does not guarantee that all content will be displayed chronologically or continuously.
Platform experiences may evolve over time.

- complying with SMS and email regulations
- complying with event-related obligations
- complying with tax obligations
- complying with accessibility obligations
- complying with consumer protection obligations
Trepy does not independently verify the legality of all organizational activities conducted through the platform.
17. PROHIBITED USES
Trepy may prohibit or restrict platform usage involving:
- unlawful activity
- deceptive conduct
- spam
- phishing
- harassment
- unauthorized marketing
- unlawful ticket sales
- prohibited products or services
- unlawful gambling
- adult exploitation
- hate or violent extremism
- illegal communications
- privacy violations
- data scraping
- credential abuse
- fraudulent activity
Trepy reserves the right to investigate, suspend, limit, or terminate accounts that violate platform policies, industry requirements, or applicable laws.

Trepy does not guarantee:

Trepy is not responsible for:

- unauthorized access caused by user negligence
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Trepy disclaims warranties, representations, and liabilities except where prohibited by applicable law.
