This Creator / Trep Agreement (“Agreement”) governs the use of Trepy’s platform, ticketing systems, communication systems, livestream systems, organizational tools, and related services by:
- creators;
- organizations;
- instructors;
- performers;
- guides;
- hosts;
- educators;
- speakers;
- presenters;
- event operators;
- sub-admins;
- independent businesses;
- community operators;
- and other professional or commercial users operating through Trepy.
This Agreement supplements the:
- Trepy Terms of Service
- Trepy Privacy Policy
- Trepy Acceptable Use Policy
- Trepy Community Standards & Content Policy
- Trepy Refund & Ticketing Policy
- Trepy SMS / Messaging Terms
- Trepy Cookie Policy
- Trepy DMCA & Intellectual Property Policy
By creating, operating, managing, monetizing, publishing, promoting, ticketing, livestreaming, communicating, or otherwise conducting organizational or business activity through Trepy, you agree to this Agreement.

By Agreeing to this Agreement, you are agreeing to all of the forgoing policies and terms.
1. PURPOSE OF TREPY
Trepy is a platform designed to help people build businesses and communities around the value they deliver to others.
Trepy provides infrastructure that may include:
- organization management;
- sub-admin management;
- audience engagement tools;
- communication systems;
- event publishing;
- ticketing systems;
- livestreaming systems;
- payment integrations;
- seating systems;
- check-in systems;
- reporting systems;
- notifications;
- promotional tools;
- event operations support.
Trepy provides technology infrastructure only.
Except where expressly stated otherwise, Trepy is not:
- your employer;
- your partner;
- your booking agent;
- your manager;
- your promoter;
- your venue operator;
- your fiduciary;
- your insurer;
- your legal advisor;
- your accountant.
You remain independently responsible for your business, events, operations, communications, and legal compliance.
2. ELIGIBILITY
To operate as a Creator or Trep on Trepy, you represent and warrant that:
- you are legally capable of entering binding agreements;
- you possess authority to operate the organization or activities associated with your account;
- your activities comply with applicable laws;
- your activities comply with platform policies;
- your activities do not violate third-party rights.
Trepy reserves the right to:
- refuse onboarding;
- require verification;
- suspend access;
- terminate access;
- restrict monetization or ticketing functionality.
3. ORGANIZATIONAL RESPONSIBILITY
You are solely responsible for:
- your organization;
- your sub-admins;
- your employees;
- your contractors;
- your representatives;
- your event staff;
- your communications;
- your ticketing practices;
- your livestreams;
- your audience interactions;
- your legal compliance.
You are responsible for ensuring that anyone operating under your organization complies with:
- this Agreement;
- platform policies;
- applicable laws.
Trepy is not responsible for disputes involving:
- owners;
- sub-admins;
- contractors;
- performers;
- instructors;
- event staff;
- internal business operations.
4. SUB-ADMINS AND MULTI-BRAND OPERATIONS
Trepy may allow organizations to create and manage sub-admin structures.
Sub-admin functionality may be used to support:
- multiple services;
- instructors;
- performers;
- departments;
- brands;
- event categories;
- operational divisions.
You are solely responsible for:
- permission management;
- operational oversight;
- internal controls;
- access management;
- account security.
Trepy does not supervise sub-admin conduct.
5. EVENTS AND TICKETING
You may use Trepy to:
- publish events;
- sell tickets;
- manage seating;
- distribute event information;
- attach event materials;
- conduct check-in operations;
- facilitate livestream access.
You are solely responsible for:
- event accuracy;
- event legality;
- venue compliance;
- attendee safety;
- event staffing;
- event communications;
- refunds where applicable;
- accessibility obligations;
- crowd management;
- required licenses or permits.
Trepy is not responsible for:
- event quality;
- attendance levels;
- event outcomes;
- venue conditions;
- performer conduct;
- customer disputes;
- operational failures.
6. LIVESTREAM RESPONSIBILITIES
If you use livestream functionality, you are solely responsible for:
- broadcast content;
- production quality;
- legal compliance;
- broadcast permissions;
- music licensing;
- participant permissions;
- internet connectivity;
- moderation of livestream activity.
Trepy does not guarantee:
- uninterrupted streaming;
- quality of service;
- compatibility across devices;
- audience reach;
- uninterrupted playback.
Trepy may:
- restrict livestream functionality;
- terminate broadcasts;
- remove content;
- suspend streaming privileges.
7. COMMUNICATIONS AND AUDIENCE ENGAGEMENT
Trepy may provide:
- in-app notifications;
- email systems;
- SMS systems;
- audience engagement tools;
- event update systems.
You are independently responsible for:
- obtaining lawful consent;
- complying with communications laws;
- complying with carrier requirements;
- complying with anti-spam laws;
- honoring opt-out requests;
- ensuring lawful messaging practices.
You may not use Trepy communications systems for:
- spam;
- phishing;
- deceptive messaging;
- unlawful marketing;
- harassment;
- prohibited campaigns.
Trepy reserves the right to:
- monitor messaging activity;
- restrict campaigns;
- suspend messaging privileges;
- terminate communications access.
8. PAYMENTS, SETTLEMENTS, AND FEES
Trepy may integrate with payment providers including Stripe and related financial infrastructure.
Trepy may facilitate:
- ticket transactions;
- payout workflows;
- settlement reporting;
- refund processing workflows;
- tax-related reporting functionality.
You acknowledge and agree that:
- payment processing depends on third-party providers;
- settlement timing may vary;
- payouts may be delayed for risk review;
- Trepy may hold funds where fraud or compliance concerns exist;
- chargebacks and disputes may affect payouts.
Trepy reserves the right to:
- withhold payouts;
- reverse settlements;
- freeze transactions;
- require reserve balances;
- request verification information.
Trepy is not responsible for:
- processor outages;
- banking delays;
- chargebacks;
- tax liabilities;
- payment network interruptions.
9. TAXES AND FINANCIAL COMPLIANCE
You are solely responsible for:
- taxes;
- reporting obligations;
- registrations;
- permits;
- accounting obligations;
- payroll obligations;
- regulatory compliance;
- consumer protection obligations.
Trepy does not provide:
- tax advice;
- legal advice;
- accounting advice;
- regulatory advice.
Trepy may collect tax-related information where required.
10. REFUNDS AND CUSTOMER SERVICE
You are independently responsible for:
- establishing lawful refund practices;
- responding to customer concerns;
- handling event disputes;
- communicating cancellations or changes;
- honoring legally required refunds.
Trepy may facilitate operational refund processing where authorized.
Trepy is not responsible for:
- customer disputes;
- dissatisfaction claims;
- event quality complaints;
- attendance issues;
- independent organizer decisions.
11. CONTENT RESPONSIBILITY
You are solely responsible for content associated with your organization, including:
- posts;
- videos;
- livestreams;
- event descriptions;
- communications;
- advertisements;
- branding materials;
- uploaded documents;
- attached materials.
You represent and warrant that you possess all necessary rights, licenses, permissions, and authorizations.
You may not upload or distribute content that:
- infringes intellectual property;
- violates laws;
- violates platform policies;
- contains unlawful or exploitative material.
Trepy reserves the right to remove content or restrict accounts.
12. MUSIC, PERFORMANCE, AND BROADCAST RIGHTS
You are solely responsible for obtaining:
- music licenses;
- public performance licenses;
- synchronization rights;
- livestream rights;
- venue permissions;
- broadcast permissions;
- talent permissions;
- publicity releases.
Trepy does not provide blanket music licensing unless expressly stated otherwise.
Trepy may suspend or terminate accounts involved in repeated infringement.
13. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY LICENSE TO TREPY
By uploading or transmitting content through Trepy, you grant Trepy a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to:
- host;
- store;
- reproduce;
- display;
- distribute;
- process;
- transmit;
- technically modify;
- adapt
such content solely for purposes of operating, supporting, securing, promoting, and improving the Services.
You retain ownership of your content subject to rights granted under applicable agreements.
14. PRIVACY AND USER INFORMATION
You are independently responsible for complying with applicable privacy and communications laws.
You may not:
- misuse attendee information;
- unlawfully collect data;
- sell user data unlawfully;
- violate privacy rights;
- misuse communication systems.
Trepy may provide audience-related operational data, reporting, and communications functionality.
Trepy retains authority over platform-level operational data, analytics, infrastructure, and system functionality.
15. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES
You may not use Trepy for:
- unlawful conduct;
- fraudulent schemes;
- deceptive practices;
- unlawful ticket sales;
- phishing;
- spam;
- unlawful gambling;
- exploitative financial schemes;
- prohibited products or services;
- adult exploitation;
- violent extremism;
- unlawful fundraising;
- money laundering.
Trepy reserves the right to investigate and take enforcement action relating to prohibited activity.
16. PLATFORM REPUTATION AND PUBLIC REPRESENTATIONS
You may not falsely represent:
- partnership with Trepy;
- endorsement by Trepy;
- sponsorship by Trepy;
- authorization beyond your granted permissions.
Trepy reserves the right to remove misleading representations or branding.
17. VERIFICATION AND COMPLIANCE REVIEWS
Trepy may require:
- identity verification;
- business verification;
- banking verification;
- tax verification;
- event verification;
- risk reviews;
- compliance reviews.
Trepy reserves the right to:
- request documentation;
- suspend monetization;
- delay payouts;
- limit platform access;
- terminate accounts.
Failure to provide requested information may result in restrictions.
18. THIRD-PARTY PROVIDERS
Trepy relies on third-party providers and infrastructure.
These may include:
- Stripe;
- Twilio;
- Mux;
- cloud infrastructure providers;
- hosting providers;
- analytics providers;
- communication providers.
You must comply with applicable provider policies.

Trepy is not responsible for:
- provider outages;
- payment interruptions;
- carrier failures;
- livestream provider restrictions;
- third-party enforcement decisions.
19. DATA, ANALYTICS, AND PLATFORM OPERATIONS
Trepy may collect, process, analyze, and use operational platform data for:
- platform functionality;
- security;
- fraud prevention;
- reporting;
- analytics;
- platform improvement;
- operational monitoring.
Trepy retains rights relating to:
- aggregated operational analytics;
- anonymized data;
- platform infrastructure data;
- operational metrics.
Trepy does not sell personal information to third-party data brokers.
20. ACCOUNT SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION
Trepy may:
- suspend accounts;
- restrict features;
- freeze settlements;
- remove events;
- terminate livestreams;
- terminate accounts
for reasons including:
- fraud risks;
- policy violations;
- legal concerns;
- payment risks;
- intellectual property violations;
- security risks;
- operational integrity concerns.
Trepy may act without prior notice where reasonably necessary.
21. DISCLAIMERS
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.”
Trepy does not guarantee:
- business success;
- audience growth;
- ticket sales;
- uninterrupted service;
- uninterrupted livestreaming;
- uninterrupted messaging;
- payment processor availability;
- event attendance;
- customer satisfaction.
Trepy is not responsible for:
- independent event outcomes;
- organizational disputes;
- performer conduct;
- venue conditions;
- third-party outages;
- customer disputes;
- chargebacks;
- business losses.
You assume risks associated with operating your business through the platform.
22. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TREPY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:
- lost profits;
- lost business opportunities;
- reputational harm;
- event disputes;
- payment disputes;
- livestream interruptions;
- messaging failures;
- customer disputes;
- indirect damages;
- incidental damages;
- consequential damages;
- punitive damages.
Trepy’s aggregate liability relating to your use of the Services shall not exceed the greater of:
- amounts paid directly to Trepy during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim; or
- one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).
Certain jurisdictions may not allow some limitations.
23. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Trepy and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, and partners from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses arising from:
- your events;
- your ticketing activities;
- your livestreams;
- your communications;
- your content;
- your customers;
- your sub-admins;
- your legal violations;
- your infringement claims;
- your refund disputes;
- your business operations.
This includes claims arising from:
- attendee injuries;
- venue disputes;
- copyright claims;
- communications claims;
- tax disputes;
- consumer protection claims;
- employment disputes;
- regulatory actions.
24. GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Georgia without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
The Federal Arbitration Act governs interpretation and enforcement of arbitration provisions.
25. BINDING ARBITRATION
Except where prohibited by law, disputes arising out of or relating to this Agreement, the Services, ticketing, events, livestreams, communications, payments, or platform use shall be resolved exclusively through final and binding individual arbitration.
The arbitration agreement is governed by the Federal Arbitration Act.
Trepy reserves the right to select a nationally recognized arbitration provider.
Either party may seek temporary injunctive relief where necessary.
26. CLASS ACTION WAIVER
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
- claims may only be brought individually;
- class actions are waived;
- representative proceedings are waived;
- collective proceedings are waived;
- consolidated proceedings are waived.
The arbitrator may not consolidate claims or preside over representative proceedings.
27. FORCE MAJEURE
Trepy shall not be liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control, including:
- natural disasters;
- severe weather;
- internet outages;
- cyberattacks;
- governmental actions;
- pandemics;
- labor disputes;
- provider outages;
- payment network interruptions.
28. MODIFICATIONS TO THIS AGREEMENT
Trepy may update this Agreement from time to time.
Updated versions may be posted through the platform.
Continued use of Trepy after updates may constitute acceptance of revised terms.
29. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
This Agreement, together with Trepy’s other applicable policies and agreements, constitutes the entire agreement between you and Trepy relating to Creator or Trep operations.
