By using Trepy, you agree to follow these Community Standards.
Trepy reserves the right to remove content, restrict functionality, suspend accounts, terminate accounts, or take other enforcement actions relating to conduct that violates these Community Standards.

1. THE PURPOSE OF TREPY
Trepy exists to help:
- organizations;
- creators;
- instructors;
- performers;
- guides;
- hosts;
- educators;
- speakers;
- event operators;
- communities;
- and Users
communicate, organize experiences, engage audiences, and build meaningful connections.
We want Trepy to remain:
- useful;
- welcoming;
- productive;
- respectful;
- safe;
- operationally reliable.
We encourage authentic engagement and constructive participation.
2. AUTHENTICITY AND HONESTY
Users should present themselves honestly.
You may not:
- impersonate others;
- create deceptive accounts;
- misrepresent organizations;
- falsify credentials;
- mislead Users regarding events or services;
- engage in fraudulent conduct;
- create fake engagement;
- manipulate platform activity deceptively.
Organizations and Treps are expected to provide accurate information relating to:
- events;
- ticketing;
- pricing;
- livestreams;
- communications;
- services;
- offerings.
3. RESPECTFUL CONDUCT
Trepy encourages respectful communication and engagement.
Users may not engage in:
- harassment;
- bullying;
- threats;
- intimidation;
- stalking;
- targeted abuse;
- malicious humiliation;
- hateful conduct;
- violent extremism;
- unlawful discrimination.
Criticism, disagreement, commentary, humor, satire, and debate are not automatically violations.
Trepy may evaluate context when reviewing content or behavior.
Trepy reserves the right to restrict conduct that creates safety risks or disrupts platform integrity.
4. HATEFUL OR VIOLENT CONTENT
Trepy does not permit content or conduct involving:
- credible threats of violence;
- promotion of terrorism or violent extremism;
- targeted hateful conduct;
- dehumanizing attacks;
- incitement of violence;
- unlawful intimidation;
- glorification of violent criminal activity.
Trepy may remove content or restrict accounts where reasonably necessary to:
- protect users;
- maintain platform safety;
- comply with legal obligations;
- reduce risk of harm.
5. SEXUAL CONTENT AND EXPLOITATION
Trepy prohibits:
- child sexual abuse material;
- exploitation of minors;
- non-consensual intimate content;
- revenge pornography;
- exploitative sexual conduct;
- trafficking-related content;
- unlawful pornography.
Trepy maintains zero tolerance for child exploitation.
Trepy may report suspected violations to law enforcement or relevant organizations.
Certain lawful mature content may be restricted, age-gated, removed, demonetized, or otherwise limited at Trepy’s discretion.
6. ILLEGAL ACTIVITY
Users may not use Trepy to:
- violate laws;
- facilitate illegal conduct;
- promote unlawful activity;
- conduct fraud;
- engage in phishing;
- conduct scams;
- sell prohibited goods or services;
- facilitate unlawful gambling;
- conduct unlawful financial activity;
- engage in unlawful fundraising.
Trepy reserves the right to cooperate with law enforcement and regulatory authorities.
7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Users are responsible for ensuring they have rights necessary to upload or distribute content.
You may not:
- upload infringing content;
- unlawfully livestream copyrighted material;
- misuse trademarks;
- violate publicity rights;
- distribute unauthorized recordings.
Organizations and Treps are responsible for obtaining:
- performance rights;
- music licenses;
- venue permissions;
- livestream permissions;
- publicity permissions.
Trepy may remove allegedly infringing content or suspend repeat violators.
8. EVENT CONTENT AND ORGANIZATIONAL RESPONSIBILITY
Organizations and Treps are independently responsible for:
- event conduct;
- event communications;
- ticketing practices;
- attendee interactions;
- venue practices;
- livestream content;
- operational decisions.
Trepy provides the platform infrastructure but is not responsible for:
- independent event operations;
- event quality;
- organizational conduct;
- performer conduct;
- venue conditions.
Users should use independent judgment when participating in events or interacting with organizations.
9. TICKETING AND EVENT INTEGRITY
Users and organizations may not:
- manipulate ticketing systems;
- create fraudulent events;
- engage in deceptive ticket sales;
- falsify attendance;
- manipulate check-in systems;
- misuse event access systems;
- unlawfully resell tickets where prohibited.
Trepy reserves the right to:
- cancel tickets;
- suspend events;
- freeze settlements;
- investigate suspicious activity.
10. LIVESTREAM CONTENT
Livestreams must comply with these Community Standards.
Trepy may remove or terminate livestreams involving:
- unlawful conduct;
- exploitation;
- violent extremism;
- serious harassment;
- infringing broadcasts;
- prohibited sexual exploitation;
- dangerous criminal activity.
Trepy does not actively monitor all livestreams in real time.
Users participate in livestreams at their own risk.
11. COMMUNICATIONS AND MESSAGING
Trepy communication systems should be used responsibly.
Users may not:
- send spam;
- conduct phishing;
- send deceptive communications;
- harass others;
- send unlawful marketing messages;
- misuse SMS functionality;
- violate communication laws;
- violate carrier requirements.
Organizations and Treps are independently responsible for obtaining lawful consent where required.
Trepy reserves the right to restrict messaging access for abuse.
12. MISINFORMATION AND DECEPTIVE PRACTICES
Trepy may restrict content involving:
- fraudulent schemes;
- impersonation scams;
- coordinated deception;
- manipulated ticketing information;
- materially deceptive event claims;
- harmful misinformation creating significant safety or fraud risks.
Trepy may consider:
- context;
- public safety concerns;
- legal obligations;
- severity;
- intent;
- operational risks.
Trepy does not guarantee universal accuracy review of all platform content.
13. PRIVACY AND PERSONAL INFORMATION
Users should respect the privacy of others.
You may not:
- share private personal information without authorization;
- engage in doxxing;
- misuse attendee information;
- misuse customer information;
- engage in unlawful surveillance;
- collect information unlawfully.
Organizations are independently responsible for maintaining lawful privacy practices.
14. SECURITY AND PLATFORM INTEGRITY
Users may not:
- bypass security measures;
- access unauthorized accounts;
- scrape data;
- deploy malware;
- interfere with infrastructure;
- exploit vulnerabilities;
- conduct denial-of-service attacks;
- manipulate platform systems.
Trepy may investigate security incidents and cooperate with authorities.
15. SPAM, AUTOMATION, AND PLATFORM MANIPULATION
Unauthorized automation and manipulation are prohibited.
Users may not:
- create fake engagement;
- artificially inflate metrics;
- manipulate feeds;
- scrape platform content;
- use bots to manipulate ticketing systems;
- create fake followers or interactions;
- bypass technical restrictions.
Trepy may:
- rate limit activity;
- restrict accounts;
- block infrastructure abuse;
- suspend automation-related activity.
16. RESTRICTED OR HIGH-RISK ACTIVITIES
Trepy may prohibit or restrict content or businesses involving:
- unlawful gambling;
- exploitative financial schemes;
- prohibited weapons;
- illegal drugs;
- unlawful adult services;
- sanctioned activity;
- unlawful fundraising;
- exploitative business models.
Trepy may interpret and apply restrictions at its discretion.
17. CONTENT VISIBILITY AND MODERATION
Trepy reserves the right to:
- remove content;
- restrict visibility;
- limit recommendations;
- age-gate content;
- disable features;
- suspend livestreams;
- restrict messaging;
- terminate accounts.
Trepy may take action:
- proactively;
- reactively;
- manually;
- automatically;
- based on reports;
- based on legal requests;
- based on operational concerns.
Trepy does not guarantee consistency across all moderation decisions.
Trepy may consider:
- severity;
- context;
- risk;
- repeat violations;
- legal obligations;
- platform integrity.
18. REPORTING CONTENT OR CONDUCT
Users may report:
- abusive conduct;
- unlawful activity;
- intellectual property violations;
- fraud;
- security concerns;
- policy violations.
Trepy may review reports at its discretion.
Trepy does not guarantee:
- investigation outcomes;
- response timing;
- content removal;
- account suspension.
19. ENFORCEMENT ACTIONS
Trepy may take actions including:
- warnings;
- content removal;
- reduced visibility;
- livestream termination;
- messaging restrictions;
- event suspension;
- payout holds;
- feature limitations;
- temporary suspension;
- permanent account termination;
- legal reporting.
Trepy may act without prior notice where reasonably necessary.
20. NO OBLIGATION TO MONITOR
Trepy does not assume an obligation to:
- pre-screen all content;
- monitor all communications;
- review all livestreams;
- investigate every report;
- verify all organizations;
- guarantee removal of harmful content.
Users remain responsible for their own conduct and interactions.
21. DISCLAIMERS
Trepy provides the platform “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.”
Trepy does not guarantee:
- uninterrupted moderation;
- universal enforcement;
- prevention of harmful conduct;
- prevention of unlawful activity;
- prevention of offensive content.
Trepy is not responsible for:
- user-generated content;
- independent organizational conduct;
- event conduct;
- livestream conduct;
- third-party communications;
- attendee interactions.
Users participate at their own risk.
22. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TREPY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:
- offensive content;
- harmful conduct;
- organizational behavior;
- third-party actions;
- event disputes;
- livestream disputes;
- indirect damages;
- incidental damages;
- consequential damages;
- reputational harm;
- lost profits;
- loss of data.
Certain jurisdictions may not allow some limitations.
23. ARBITRATION AND CLASS ACTION WAIVER
These Community Standards are subject to the arbitration and class action waiver provisions contained in the Trepy Terms of Service.
Disputes relating to these Community Standards shall be resolved through binding individual arbitration governed by the Federal Arbitration Act.
Users waive participation in:
- class actions;
- collective proceedings;
- representative actions;
- consolidated claims.
24. MODIFICATIONS TO THESE COMMUNITY STANDARDS
Trepy may update these Community Standards from time to time.
Updated versions may be posted through the platform.
Continued use of the Services after updates may constitute acceptance of revised terms.
