These Terms for Paid Livestream Access (“Livestream Terms”) govern access to livestreams, virtual events, recorded event content, digital broadcasts, replay content, and related streaming functionality made available through Trepy.

By purchasing, accessing, viewing, distributing, hosting, broadcasting, participating in, or interacting with livestream content through Trepy, you agree to these Livestream Terms.
NOTE: THIS AGREEMENT CONTAINS ARBITRATION, INDEMNIFICATION, AND CLASS ACTION WAIVER CLAUSES

By Agreeing to this Agreement, you are agreeing to all of the forgoing policies and terms.
1. THE ROLE OF TREPY
Trepy provides technology infrastructure that may assist organizations, creators, Treps, instructors, performers, hosts, presenters, speakers, and event operators with:
- livestream distribution;
- virtual event access;
- ticketing;
- audience engagement;
- streaming access management;
- communications;
- operational workflows.
Except where expressly stated otherwise, Trepy is generally not:
- the producer of livestream content;
- the operator of all livestreams;
- the creator of streamed content;
- responsible for organizer conduct;
- responsible for performer conduct;
- responsible for event quality;
- responsible for internet connectivity.
Organizers and content creators remain solely responsible for their livestream content, operations, and broadcasts.
2. LIVESTREAM ACCESS
Livestream access may include:
- live virtual events;
- pay-per-view events;
- replay access;
- limited-time playback;
- recorded event access;
- subscription-based access;
- ticket-gated streams;
- organization-specific streams.
Access availability may vary depending on:
- event settings;
- organizer decisions;
- device compatibility;
- geographic restrictions;
- licensing restrictions;
- technical limitations.
Trepy does not guarantee continued availability of any livestream or replay content.
3. ACCOUNT REQUIREMENTS
Users may be required to:
- maintain a Trepy account;
- authenticate access;
- maintain valid payment methods;
- maintain compatible devices;
- maintain internet connectivity.
Users are responsible for:
- protecting account credentials;
- protecting device access;
- maintaining secure internet access;
- preventing unauthorized access to livestream tickets or credentials.
Trepy is not responsible for unauthorized access caused by:
- shared credentials;
- compromised devices;
- account sharing;
- user negligence;
- internet vulnerabilities outside Trepy’s control.
4. DEVICE AND INTERNET REQUIREMENTS
Livestream functionality depends on factors including:
- internet connectivity;
- bandwidth;
- device capabilities;
- browser compatibility;
- operating systems;
- streaming infrastructure;
- third-party providers.
Users are solely responsible for:
- internet access;
- data charges;
- compatible devices;
- software updates;
- operating environments.
Trepy does not guarantee compatibility with:
- all devices;
- all browsers;
- all operating systems;
- all smart TVs;
- all streaming environments;
- all mobile devices.
5. STREAMING QUALITY DISCLAIMERS
Trepy does not guarantee:
- uninterrupted streaming;
- uninterrupted playback;
- audio quality;
- video quality;
- synchronization quality;
- low latency;
- high-definition streaming;
- uninterrupted replay access;
- uninterrupted platform availability.
Livestreams may experience:
- buffering;
- latency;
- outages;
- interruptions;
- desynchronization;
- reduced quality;
- internet congestion;
- provider-related disruptions.
Temporary interruptions or technical limitations do not automatically qualify for refunds unless otherwise required by law.
6. THIRD-PARTY STREAMING INFRASTRUCTURE
Trepy relies on third-party infrastructure and streaming technologies.
These may include:
- Mux;
- cloud infrastructure providers;
- content delivery networks;
- hosting providers;
- internet service providers.
Trepy does not control all third-party infrastructure.
Trepy is not responsible for:
- third-party outages;
- internet congestion;
- CDN failures;
- regional disruptions;
- provider limitations;
- carrier restrictions;
- ISP throttling;
- playback interruptions caused by third-party systems.
Relevant provider policies may include:
- Mux Terms of Service
7. PAYMENTS AND PURCHASES
Livestream access may require payment.
Trepy may facilitate:
- ticket sales;
- livestream purchases;
- subscription access;
- replay purchases;
- virtual event transactions.
Payment processing may involve third-party providers including:
Trepy reserves the right to:
- review transactions;
- delay access;
- restrict purchases;
- freeze suspicious activity;
- reverse fraudulent transactions;
- require verification information.
Trepy does not guarantee approval of transactions.
8. REFUNDS
Refund eligibility relating to livestream access may depend on:
- organizer policies;
- event-specific terms;
- applicable laws;
- operational circumstances.
Unless otherwise required by law:
- temporary buffering;
- latency;
- intermittent interruptions;
- internet issues;
- device incompatibility;
- user configuration problems;
- unsupported browsers;
- regional connectivity issues
generally do not automatically qualify for refunds.
Trepy may facilitate operational processing of approved refunds where authorized.
Trepy is not responsible for:
- internet service failures;
- user device issues;
- ISP restrictions;
- user-configured limitations;
- unsupported hardware.
9. REPLAY ACCESS
Certain livestreams may include replay functionality.
Replay availability may depend on:
- organizer decisions;
- licensing restrictions;
- contractual limitations;
- storage limitations;
- technical constraints.
Trepy does not guarantee:
- permanent replay access;
- downloadable access;
- indefinite storage;
- uninterrupted playback availability.
Replay content may be modified, restricted, removed, or discontinued without notice.
10. PROHIBITED CONDUCT
Users may not:
- rebroadcast livestreams;
- restream content;
- record streams unlawfully;
- capture copyrighted broadcasts unlawfully;
- distribute access credentials;
- share accounts improperly;
- pirate content;
- bypass technical protections;
- circumvent paywalls;
- scrape livestream content;
- manipulate streaming systems;
- interfere with streaming infrastructure.
Commercial redistribution of livestream content without authorization is prohibited.
Trepy reserves the right to investigate and take enforcement action relating to prohibited conduct.
11. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Livestream content may include:
- copyrighted works;
- performances;
- music;
- branding;
- trademarks;
- presentations;
- educational materials;
- recorded media.
Users are responsible for respecting intellectual property rights.
Organizers and creators are solely responsible for obtaining:
- music licenses;
- broadcast rights;
- synchronization rights;
- publicity permissions;
- performance rights;
- participant permissions.
Trepy may remove content or terminate access relating to infringement claims.
12. USER CONDUCT DURING LIVESTREAMS
Users participating in livestream chats, comments, or interactive functionality may not engage in:
- harassment;
- threats;
- hate speech;
- spam;
- phishing;
- abusive conduct;
- unlawful activity;
- disruptive behavior.
Trepy reserves the right to:
- restrict chat access;
- remove comments;
- suspend users;
- terminate accounts;
- disable interactive features.
Trepy does not actively monitor all livestream interactions continuously.
13. GEOGRAPHIC AND REGIONAL LIMITATIONS
Certain livestreams may be restricted based on:
- licensing requirements;
- regional rights;
- legal restrictions;
- organizer decisions;
- technical limitations.
Trepy does not guarantee worldwide availability of livestream content.
Users are responsible for complying with applicable local laws.
14. EVENT MODIFICATIONS AND CANCELLATIONS
Livestream events may:
- be delayed;
- be canceled;
- be rescheduled;
- change formats;
- change performers;
- experience technical modifications.
Trepy is not responsible for:
- organizer decisions;
- performer availability;
- event changes;
- production limitations.
Refund eligibility may depend on applicable policies and laws.
15. ACCESS TERMINATION AND SUSPENSION
Trepy reserves the right to:
- suspend livestream access;
- terminate purchases;
- revoke replay access;
- disable accounts;
- restrict devices;
- investigate suspicious activity.
Trepy may act where reasonably necessary relating to:
- fraud;
- abuse;
- piracy;
- policy violations;
- operational risks;
- legal obligations.
Trepy may act without prior notice where reasonably necessary.
16. ORGANIZER RESPONSIBILITY
Organizers and creators remain solely responsible for:
- livestream operations;
- production quality;
- event management;
- moderation decisions;
- audience communications;
- legal compliance;
- accessibility accommodations where applicable;
- customer service;
- refund decisions where applicable.
Trepy provides technology infrastructure only.
Trepy is not responsible for independent organizer conduct or operational decisions.
17. ACCESSIBILITY LIMITATIONS
Trepy does not guarantee that all livestreams will include:
- captions;
- transcripts;
- sign-language interpretation;
- audio descriptions;
- accessibility accommodations.
Organizers are independently responsible for accessibility-related accommodations unless otherwise stated.
Trepy does not guarantee compatibility with all assistive technologies.
18. FORCE MAJEURE
Trepy shall not be liable for interruptions caused by events beyond reasonable control, including:
- internet outages;
- cloud infrastructure failures;
- severe weather;
- cyberattacks;
- governmental actions;
- labor disputes;
- pandemics;
- ISP outages;
- CDN failures;
- regional network disruptions.
Trepy does not guarantee uninterrupted livestream access.
19. DISCLAIMERS
THE LIVESTREAM SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.”
Trepy does not guarantee:
- uninterrupted streaming;
- uninterrupted replay access;
- event quality;
- performer participation;
- production quality;
- uninterrupted internet connectivity;
- compatibility across devices;
- uninterrupted third-party infrastructure.
Trepy is not responsible for:
- organizer conduct;
- performer conduct;
- internet failures;
- third-party outages;
- livestream interruptions;
- buffering;
- latency;
- ISP throttling;
- user device limitations;
- regional restrictions.
Users access livestreams at their own risk.
20. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TREPY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:
- livestream interruptions;
- buffering;
- latency;
- replay restrictions;
- organizer conduct;
- performer conduct;
- event cancellations;
- internet outages;
- lost profits;
- reputational harm;
- indirect damages;
- incidental damages;
- consequential damages;
- punitive damages.
Trepy’s aggregate liability relating to livestream services shall not exceed the greater of:
- amounts paid directly to Trepy relating to the applicable livestream transaction; or
- one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).
Certain jurisdictions may not allow some limitations.
21. INDEMNIFICATION
Users and Organizers agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Trepy and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, and partners from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses arising from:
- livestream content;
- infringement claims;
- rebroadcasting;
- piracy;
- communications;
- livestream interactions;
- organizer conduct;
- policy violations;
- unlawful broadcasts.
22. GOVERNING LAW
These Livestream Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Georgia without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
The Federal Arbitration Act governs interpretation and enforcement of arbitration provisions.
23. BINDING ARBITRATION
Except where prohibited by law, disputes arising out of or relating to livestream access, replay content, streaming functionality, virtual events, or related platform use shall be resolved exclusively through final and binding individual arbitration.
The arbitration agreement is governed by the Federal Arbitration Act.
Either party may seek temporary injunctive relief where reasonably necessary.
24. CLASS ACTION WAIVER
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
- claims may only be brought individually;
- class actions are waived;
- representative proceedings are waived;
- collective proceedings are waived;
- consolidated proceedings are waived.
The arbitrator may not consolidate claims or preside over representative proceedings.
25. MODIFICATIONS TO THESE TERMS
Trepy may update these Livestream Terms from time to time.
Updated versions may be posted through the platform.
Continued use of livestream services after updates may constitute acceptance of revised terms.
