Welcome to Trepy.
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Trepy platform, including:
- websites
- mobile applications
- ticketing systems
- event systems
- livestreaming systems
- communication systems
- organizational tools
- content publishing systems
- related software, services, and integrations
Please read these Terms carefully.
By accessing or using Trepy, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Services.

By Agreeing to this Agreement, you are agreeing to all of the forgoing policies and terms.
1. WHO WE ARE
Trepy is a platform designed to help individuals, businesses, organizations, creators, instructors, performers, guides, speakers, presenters, hosts, educators, and other operators communicate, organize audiences, manage events, sell tickets, livestream experiences, and engage with Users.
Throughout these Terms:
- “Trepy,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Trepy and its affiliated entities.
- “User” refers to individuals using the platform.
- “Trep” refers to organizations, operators, creators, instructors, presenters, performers, guides, hosts, educators, or other service providers using Trepy.
- “Services” refers to all Trepy products, features, applications, systems, websites, and functionality.
2. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By creating an account, accessing the platform, purchasing tickets, attending events, using livestream functionality, uploading content, or otherwise using the Services, you acknowledge that:
- you have read these Terms;
- you understand these Terms; and
- you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.
If you are using Trepy on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
3. ELIGIBILITY
You may use Trepy only if:
- you are legally capable of entering into binding agreements;
- your use complies with applicable laws;
- you are not prohibited from using the Services under applicable law;
- your account has not been suspended or terminated.
Trepy reserves the right to refuse access to any person or entity at any time.
4. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION AND SECURITY
To access certain functionality, you may need to create an account.
You agree to:
- provide accurate information;
- maintain updated account information;
- maintain the confidentiality of credentials;
- restrict unauthorized access to your account;
- promptly notify Trepy of unauthorized activity.
You are responsible for all activity occurring under your account unless prohibited by applicable law.
Trepy may suspend or terminate accounts that:
- provide false information;
- violate these Terms;
- create security risks;
- engage in fraud or abuse;
- interfere with platform integrity.
5. PLATFORM SERVICES
Trepy provides a platform that may include:
- organizational management
- sub-admin structures
- communication tools
- post feeds
- event feeds
- ticketing systems
- venue management
- seating management
- livestreaming functionality
- in-app notifications
- email communications
- SMS communications
- audience engagement systems
- event reporting
- attendance tracking
- payment integrations
- settlement reporting
- content management functionality
Trepy may modify, suspend, discontinue, limit, or evolve any functionality at any time.
Trepy does not guarantee that any specific feature will remain continuously available.
6. ORGANIZATIONAL AND TREP RESPONSIBILITIES
Organizations and Treps are independently responsible for:
- their business operations;
- event management;
- communications;
- marketing activities;
- customer interactions;
- legal compliance;
- tax obligations;
- accessibility compliance;
- obtaining required licenses and permits;
- ensuring lawful ticket sales;
- ensuring lawful livestream content;
- ensuring lawful communications;
- obtaining necessary permissions and consents.
Trepy is a platform provider and is not:
- the organizer of all events;
- the operator of all organizations;
- the employer of Users or Treps;
- a talent agency;
- an event venue;
- a promoter;
- a guarantor of event quality;
- responsible for independent conduct of organizations or attendees.
7. SUB-ADMINS AND ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE
Trepy allows organizations to create and manage sub-admins and operational structures.
Organizations are solely responsible for:
- granting permissions;
- managing internal access;
- supervising representatives;
- maintaining operational controls;
- ensuring lawful use of organizational accounts.
Trepy is not responsible for disputes among:
- organizations;
- owners;
- sub-admins;
- operators;
- representatives;
- staff;
- contractors.
8. TICKETING SERVICES
Trepy may facilitate free or paid ticketing.
Tickets may include:
- assigned seating;
- venue-specific access;
- digital ticket storage;
- event attachments;
- QR or barcode validation;
- livestream access;
- event-specific instructions.
Users are responsible for reviewing:
- event details;
- refund terms;
- venue policies;
- age restrictions;
- entry requirements;
- timing requirements.
Trepy does not guarantee:
- admission;
- event quality;
- venue availability;
- performer attendance;
- schedule accuracy;
- uninterrupted livestream functionality.
Organizations and event operators may establish additional event-specific policies.
9. PAYMENTS, FEES, AND SETTLEMENTS
Trepy integrates with third-party payment providers, including Stripe.
By using payment functionality, you agree that:
- payment processing is subject to third-party terms;
- Trepy may facilitate settlement and reporting workflows;
- transaction processing may involve third-party infrastructure;
- refunds may be subject to organizational policies;
- processing delays may occur.
Trepy may:
- collect platform fees;
- deduct applicable charges;
- withhold payouts for fraud prevention;
- delay settlements for compliance review;
- reverse transactions where required;
- suspend financial functionality where risks are identified.
Trepy is not responsible for:
- banking delays;
- processor outages;
- payment network interruptions;
- chargebacks;
- unauthorized transactions caused by user negligence.

10. LIVESTREAMS AND DIGITAL CONTENT
Trepy may support livestreaming and virtual event functionality.
Livestream content is provided by organizations, Treps, and third parties.
Trepy does not guarantee:
- uninterrupted streaming;
- video quality;
- playback quality;
- latency performance;
- compatibility across all devices or networks.
Users are responsible for maintaining sufficient internet connectivity and compatible devices.
Trepy is not responsible for:
- internet failures;
- device incompatibility;
- third-party streaming outages;
- livestream interruptions;
- event production quality.
11. USER CONTENT
Users, organizations, and Treps may upload content, including:
- posts;
- images;
- videos;
- livestream content;
- comments;
- branding assets;
- event materials;
- documents;
- communications.
You retain ownership of your content.
However, by uploading content, you grant Trepy a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to:
- host;
- store;
- reproduce;
- display;
- distribute;
- process;
- transmit;
- adapt;
- format;
- technically modify
such content solely for purposes of operating, improving, supporting, promoting, and providing the Services.
You represent and warrant that:
- you own or control necessary rights;
- your content does not violate laws;
- your content does not infringe intellectual property rights;
- your content does not violate privacy rights;
- your content does not contain unlawful material.
Trepy reserves the right to remove or restrict content at its discretion.
12. PROHIBITED CONDUCT
You agree not to:
- violate laws;
- infringe intellectual property;
- engage in fraud;
- send spam;
- conduct phishing;
- harass users;
- upload malware;
- interfere with platform operations;
- scrape platform data;
- bypass security measures;
- engage in unauthorized automation;
- impersonate others;
- manipulate ticketing systems;
- engage in unlawful resale;
- distribute prohibited content;
- abuse communications systems;
- violate carrier or messaging regulations.
Trepy may investigate and take action regarding suspected violations.
13. COMMUNICATIONS AND MESSAGING
Trepy may provide:
- in-app notifications;
- email communications;
- SMS/text messaging;
- transactional alerts;
- event notifications;
- operational communications.
By providing contact information, you consent to receive communications relating to:
- account activity;
- transactions;
- security;
- events;
- organizational activity;
- operational updates.
Message frequency may vary.
Message and data rates may apply.
Users may manage communication preferences where functionality is available.
Trepy and organizations using Trepy must comply with applicable communications laws and carrier requirements.
Trepy reserves the right to restrict or terminate messaging access for violations.
14. SMS TERMS
Trepy may utilize SMS providers, including Twilio and other messaging providers.
SMS functionality may include:
- event reminders;
- ticket confirmations;
- security alerts;
- transactional notifications;
- operational updates;
- authentication functionality.
Users acknowledge and agree that:
- delivery is not guaranteed;
- carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages;
- standard carrier messaging rates may apply;
- opt-out functionality may vary;
- SMS systems may rely on third-party infrastructure.
Trepy prohibits unlawful SMS activity, including:
- spam;
- phishing;
- deceptive marketing;
- prohibited products or services;
- unlawful campaigns;
- abusive communications.
Organizations are independently responsible for obtaining lawful consent where required.
15. PRIVACY
Your use of Trepy is also governed by the Trepy Privacy Policy.
The Privacy Policy explains how information may be collected, used, stored, processed, and shared.
By using Trepy, you acknowledge the practices described in the Privacy Policy.
16. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
Trepy relies on third-party providers and integrations.
These may include:
- Stripe
- Twilio
- Resend
- Mux
- Vercel
- Neon
- analytics providers
- cloud infrastructure providers
Trepy is not responsible for:
- third-party outages;
- infrastructure failures;
- provider interruptions;
- third-party terms;
- independent provider conduct.
Third-party providers operate under their own policies and agreements.

17. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Trepy and its associated branding, software, interfaces, graphics, functionality, systems, and content are protected by intellectual property laws.
Except as expressly permitted, users may not:
- reproduce platform materials;
- reverse engineer systems;
- distribute proprietary software;
- create derivative works;
- exploit platform functionality unlawfully.
Trepy reserves all rights not expressly granted.
18. COPYRIGHT COMPLAINTS
Trepy respects intellectual property rights.
Trepy may respond to copyright-related notices and complaints.
Trepy reserves the right to:
- remove allegedly infringing content;
- restrict repeat infringers;
- investigate claims;
- comply with applicable intellectual property laws.
Additional DMCA or intellectual property procedures may be provided separately.
19. PLATFORM AVAILABILITY
Trepy does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
The Services may experience:
- outages;
- maintenance;
- interruptions;
- security events;
- technical failures;
- delays;
- compatibility limitations.
Trepy may perform maintenance or operational changes without notice.
20. DISCLAIMERS
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.”
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TREPY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING:
- MERCHANTABILITY;
- FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE;
- NON-INFRINGEMENT;
- AVAILABILITY;
- ACCURACY;
- RELIABILITY.
Trepy does not guarantee:
- event quality;
- organizational conduct;
- livestream reliability;
- uninterrupted service;
- payment processor availability;
- carrier performance;
- content accuracy;
- business success;
- audience growth.
Users assume risk associated with use of the Services.
21. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
TREPY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:
- INDIRECT DAMAGES;
- INCIDENTAL DAMAGES;
- CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES;
- SPECIAL DAMAGES;
- EXEMPLARY DAMAGES;
- PUNITIVE DAMAGES;
- LOST PROFITS;
- LOST REVENUE;
- LOST DATA;
- BUSINESS INTERRUPTION;
- REPUTATIONAL HARM;
- EVENT FAILURES;
- STREAMING INTERRUPTIONS;
- PAYMENT INTERRUPTIONS;
- THIRD-PARTY FAILURES.
Trepy’s aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Services shall not exceed the greater of:
- the amount paid by you to Trepy during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim; or
- one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).
Certain jurisdictions may not allow certain limitations, so some limitations may not apply.
22. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Trepy and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, and partners from and against claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses arising from:
- your use of the Services;
- your content;
- your events;
- your communications;
- your violation of these Terms;
- your violation of law;
- your infringement of rights;
- your misuse of platform functionality.
23. TERMINATION
Trepy may suspend, limit, or terminate access at any time for:
- violations of these Terms;
- fraud or abuse;
- legal compliance concerns;
- security risks;
- operational integrity concerns.
Users may discontinue use of the Services at any time.
Certain provisions of these Terms survive termination, including:
- intellectual property provisions;
- indemnification provisions;
- arbitration provisions;
- liability limitations;
- dispute resolution provisions.
24. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
The Federal Arbitration Act (“FAA”) and the American Arbitration Association ("AAA") govern the interpretation and enforcement of the arbitration provisions contained in these Terms.
25. BINDING ARBITRATION AGREEMENT
PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY.
EXCEPT WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW, YOU AND TREPY AGREE THAT ANY DISPUTE, CLAIM, OR CONTROVERSY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO:
- THESE TERMS;
- THE SERVICES;
- YOUR ACCOUNT;
- TICKETING;
- EVENTS;
- COMMUNICATIONS;
- PAYMENTS;
- PRIVACY;
- LIVESTREAMS;
- OR ANY RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN YOU AND TREPY
SHALL BE RESOLVED EXCLUSIVELY THROUGH FINAL AND BINDING INDIVIDUAL ARBITRATION.
THIS ARBITRATION AGREEMENT IS GOVERNED BY THE FEDERAL ARBITRATION ACT.
You and Trepy agree:
- arbitration shall be administered by a nationally recognized arbitration provider selected by Trepy;
- arbitration may occur remotely where permitted;
- the arbitrator shall have exclusive authority regarding arbitrability;
- arbitration shall occur on an individual basis only;
- courts retain authority to enforce arbitration awards;
- either party may seek temporary injunctive relief in court where necessary.
26. CLASS ACTION WAIVER
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, YOU AND TREPY AGREE THAT:
- CLAIMS MAY ONLY BE BROUGHT IN AN INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY;
- NEITHER PARTY MAY PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION;
- NEITHER PARTY MAY ACT AS A CLASS REPRESENTATIVE;
- NO CLASS, COLLECTIVE, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTIONS ARE PERMITTED.
THE ARBITRATOR MAY NOT CONSOLIDATE CLAIMS OR PRESIDE OVER ANY FORM OF REPRESENTATIVE OR CLASS PROCEEDING.
If any portion of this Class Action Waiver is found unenforceable, the remaining arbitration provisions shall remain enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.
27. TIME LIMITATION ON CLAIMS
To the maximum extent permitted by law, any claim arising out of or relating to the Services must be brought within one (1) year after the claim arose, or such claim shall be permanently barred.
28. FORCE MAJEURE
Trepy shall not be liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control, including:
- natural disasters;
- internet outages;
- cyberattacks;
- labor disputes;
- governmental actions;
- pandemics;
- infrastructure failures;
- provider outages;
- payment network interruptions.
29. EXPORT COMPLIANCE
You agree not to use the Services in violation of export control or sanctions laws.
30. MODIFICATIONS TO THESE TERMS
Trepy may update these Terms from time to time.
Updated versions may be posted through the platform.
Continued use of the Services after updates may constitute acceptance of revised Terms.
31. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any additional applicable policies, constitute the entire agreement between you and Trepy regarding the Services.
32. SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
33. NO WAIVER
Failure to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver.
