Introduction

The notification inbox is where Members read in-app alerts from organizations — including in-app messages organizers send intentionally. Published posts and events may appear in your home feed without creating an inbox notification.

Objectives

After reading this article, you will be able to:

  • Find and open your notification inbox
  • Tell notifications apart from feed content
  • Explain to organizers why publishing alone did not alert you

Prerequisites

Notification inbox with organization alerts
The notification inbox shows alerts sent through Trepy Communications — not every published post.

Steps

Step 1: Open notifications

  1. Sign in at App.Trepy.com.
  2. Click the bell icon or Notifications in Member home.
  3. Review unread and read items.

Step 2: Read and act on alerts

  1. Open a notification to read the full message.
  2. Follow links to events, tickets, or organization pages.
  3. Mark items read if your interface supports it.

No. Email uses your mail inbox. This article covers in-app notification inbox.

Why didn't followers get notified when we published?

Publishing does not notify. Organizers must send in-app or email messages.
