Introduction

Check-in agents scan attendee QR codes from My Tix at the door. Sub-Admins invite volunteers or staff as check-in agents and assign them to specific events before event day.

  • Confirm agents can open their check-in workspace

Check-in agent invitation for an event
Sub-Admins invite check-in agents from event attendance or check-in settings.

Steps

Step 1: Open check-in settings

  1. Open your Sub-Admin workspace.
  2. Select the event.
  3. Navigate to Check-in, Attendance, or Agents.

Step 2: Invite a check-in agent

  1. Click Invite check-in agent or Add agent.
  2. Enter the volunteer’s email address.
  3. Send the invitation.

Agents follow accept an organization invite if they are new to Trepy.

Step 3: Confirm agent access

  1. Ask the agent to accept the invite and verify email if needed.
  2. Confirm they see the event in their Check-in Agent workspace via the workspace switcher.
  3. Share check-in agent quick start before event day.
