Steps
Step 1: Open ticket settings for your event
- Open your event in the Sub-Admin or Organization Admin workspace.
- Go to Tickets or Ticket types.
- Click Add ticket type.
Step 2: Add a free ticket type
- Select Free or set price to $0.
- Enter a name (for example, “General admission — free”).
- Set capacity or unlimited registration if available.
- Save the ticket type.
Step 3: Add a paid ticket type
- Click Add ticket type again.
- Select Paid and enter the price.
- Set capacity and sale start/end dates if needed.
- Save the ticket type.
Step 4: Confirm on the public event page
- Ensure the event is published with correct visibility.
- Open the public event page as a test.
- Confirm each ticket type appears for purchase or claim.
