Members buy or claim tickets for published Trepy events from the event page. This attendee guide covers free registration and paid checkout — from selecting a ticket type to finding your confirmation in My Tix.

Prerequisites

• Create a Trepy Member account

Steps

Step 1: Find the event

1. Open the organization or event link shared with you.
2. Confirm the event is published and ticket types are listed.
3. Sign in to Trepy if prompted.

Step 2: Select ticket types

1. Choose the ticket type you need (free or paid).
2. Select quantity if multiple tickets are allowed.
3. Click Get tickets, Register, or Buy.

Step 3: Complete checkout

Free tickets:

1. Confirm your details.
2. Complete registration.
3. Wait for the confirmation screen.

Paid tickets:

1. Trepy redirects to secure Stripe Checkout.
2. Enter payment details.
3. Return to Trepy after payment succeeds.

Step 4: Open My Tix

1. Go to My Tix from Member home.
2. Confirm your new tickets appear with QR codes.
