Steps

Step 1: Check your inbox for the verification email

Open the inbox for the email address you used when you signed up. Trepy sends a message with a Verify email button.

  1. Open the verification email from Trepy.
  2. Click Verify email in the message.
  3. Wait for the browser to confirm verification succeeded.

Step 2: Resend verification from Trepy

If you did not get the verification email, sign in and use the in-app resend option.

  1. Sign in at App.Trepy.com.
  2. If Trepy redirects you to Verify email, stay on that page.
  3. Click Resend verification email.
  4. Return to your inbox and click the new link.

Step 3: Confirm you can access Trepy

After verifying, refresh the page or sign in again. You should land on your Member home or admin workspace — not the verification gate.
