Step 1: Check your inbox for the verification email
Open the inbox for the email address you used when you signed up. Trepy sends a message with a Verify email button.
- Open the verification email from Trepy.
- Click Verify email in the message.
- Wait for the browser to confirm verification succeeded.
Step 2: Resend verification from Trepy
If you did not get the verification email, sign in and use the in-app resend option.
- Sign in at App.Trepy.com.
- If Trepy redirects you to Verify email, stay on that page.
- Click Resend verification email.
- Return to your inbox and click the new link.
Step 3: Confirm you can access Trepy
After verifying, refresh the page or sign in again. You should land on your Member home or admin workspace — not the verification gate.
