Introduction
Trepy serves different people in different ways. A Member buys tickets and follows organizations. An Organization Admin runs billing and organization settings. A Sub-Admin manages events for a sub-unit. This guide explains what each role can do so you know where to start.

How workspaces fit together
Trepy uses separate workspaces for each role. If you hold multiple roles, use the workspace switcher to move between them.
Troubleshooting
| Problem | Likely cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| I do not see admin tools | Wrong workspace or role | Switch workspaces |
| Missing Organization Admin access | Invite not accepted | See role and workspace troubleshooting |
| Unsure which role I have | Multiple memberships | Open the workspace switcher and read role labels |
Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need a separate account for each role?
No. One Trepy account can hold Member and admin roles. Use the workspace switcher to change context.
I was invited as an admin — do I still need a Member account?
Your invite adds an admin role to your Trepy account. You automatically have Member access for personal use.
Where do I start if I am setting up a new organization?
After account creation and email verification, follow the organization onboarding checklist.
