Steps
Step 1: Open the invitation email
- Check the inbox for the address that received the invite.
- Find the message from Trepy with your organization name and role.
- Note whether you are invited as Organization Admin, Sub-Admin, or Check-in Agent.
Step 2: Accept the invitation
- Click Accept invitation in the email.
- If prompted, sign in to Trepy with the invited email address.
- If you do not have an account yet, complete Member signup first, then return to the invite link.
- Confirm acceptance on the Trepy screen.
Step 3: Verify your email if required
Trepy may require email verification before admin workspaces unlock.
- Complete verification if prompted.
- Sign out and sign back in after verifying.
Step 4: Open your new workspace
- Use the workspace switcher.
- Select the organization and role from your invitation.
