Steps

Step 1: Open the setup wizard

  1. Sign in as an Organization Admin.
  2. Open your organization workspace via the workspace switcher.
  3. Click Setup wizard, Get started, or the onboarding prompt on your dashboard.

If you recently signed up for a business plan, you may also reach the wizard from resume business onboarding.

Step 2: Complete each wizard step

The wizard presents one topic per screen. Typical steps include:

  1. Organization name and public profile basics
  2. Sub-unit structure (if your organization uses chapters or teams)
  3. Payment readiness overview (Stripe Connect may link out to Stripe)
  4. Communications and launch readiness summary
  1. Read the prompt on each screen.
  2. Enter required information.
  3. Click Continue, Save, or Next to advance.
  4. Use Back if you need to revise a previous step.

Step 3: Finish or pause the wizard

  1. On the final screen, click Finish or Go to dashboard.
  2. Return to the onboarding checklist to confirm all required items are complete.
  3. If you paused mid-wizard, reopen Setup wizard from the dashboard to continue.
