Steps
Step 1: Open the setup wizard
- Sign in as an Organization Admin.
- Open your organization workspace via the workspace switcher.
- Click Setup wizard, Get started, or the onboarding prompt on your dashboard.
If you recently signed up for a business plan, you may also reach the wizard from resume business onboarding.
Step 2: Complete each wizard step
The wizard presents one topic per screen. Typical steps include:
- Organization name and public profile basics
- Sub-unit structure (if your organization uses chapters or teams)
- Payment readiness overview (Stripe Connect may link out to Stripe)
- Communications and launch readiness summary
- Read the prompt on each screen.
- Enter required information.
- Click Continue, Save, or Next to advance.
- Use Back if you need to revise a previous step.
Step 3: Finish or pause the wizard
- On the final screen, click Finish or Go to dashboard.
