My Tix is your ticket wallet in Trepy. After you buy or claim tickets, every ticket appears here with a QR code for check-in at the door.

Steps

Step 1: Open My Tix

Sign in at App.Trepy.com.
Open Member home.
Click My Tix or Tickets.

Step 2: Select your event

Find the event in your ticket list.
Tap or click the ticket to open details.
Confirm event name, date, and ticket type.

Step 3: Display your QR code

Open the QR code view for your ticket.
Increase screen brightness for door scanning.
Keep the QR visible until the check-in agent confirms entry.
