Introduction

You were invited as a Check-in Agent to scan tickets at the door. This quick start shows how to open your event, scan QR codes from attendee My Tix, and confirm entry on event day.

  • Sign in and open the Check-in Agent workspace
  • Select your assigned event
  • Scan tickets successfully at the door

Steps

Step 1: Sign in and open your workspace

  1. Sign in at App.Trepy.com.
  2. Open the workspace switcher.
  3. Select Check-in Agent for the event organization.

Step 2: Select your event

  1. Open My events or the event list.
  2. Tap the event you are working today.
  3. Open the Scan or Check-in tool.

Step 3: Scan tickets

  1. Ask attendees to open My Tix and display their QR code.
  2. Scan the QR code with the Trepy scanner.
  3. Confirm Valid or follow on-screen prompts for duplicates or errors.
