Steps
Step 1: Sign in and open your workspace
- Sign in at App.Trepy.com.
- Open the workspace switcher.
- Select Check-in Agent for the event organization.
Step 2: Select your event
- Open My events or the event list.
- Tap the event you are working today.
- Open the Scan or Check-in tool.
Step 3: Scan tickets
- Ask attendees to open My Tix and display their QR code.
- Scan the QR code with the Trepy scanner.
- Confirm Valid or follow on-screen prompts for duplicates or errors.
