Introduction

Email campaigns let Organization Admins notify a targeted audience by email — for announcements, event reminders, and newsletters. Email is an intentional notify action. Publishing an event or post does not send email automatically.

Steps

Step 1: Open email Communications

Sign in as Organization Admin.
Open Communications → Email.
Click New campaign or Send email.

Step 2: Select audience and content

Choose audience targeting — followers, ticket holders, or sub-unit.
Write subject line and body.
Link to published events or posts.

Step 3: Review and send

Preview spelling, links, and audience count.
Send the campaign.
Review delivery status or history in Communications when available.

Step 4: Prepare audiences for event day

After publishing your event, email ticket holders with logistics.
Coordinate with in-app messages for day-of reminders.
