After your organization is configured, Sub-Admins and Organization Admins create events for their sub-units — concerts, meetings, fundraisers, and more. This guide walks through creating an event, saving a draft, and publishing when you are ready for attendees to register or buy tickets.

Steps
Step 1: Open the events area
- Sign in at App.Trepy.com.
- Open the workspace switcher and select your Sub-Admin or Organization Admin workspace.
- Navigate to Events and click Create event or New event.
Step 2: Enter event basics
- Enter an event title and description.
- Set the date, time, and location (or virtual event settings if applicable).
- Select the sub-unit this event belongs to.
- Save as Draft to continue setup without going public.
Step 3: Add ticket types
Before publishing paid events, confirm Stripe Connect is active for your organization.
- Open the event’s Tickets section.
- Follow add free and paid tickets.
Step 4: Publish the event
- Review event visibility and publishing.
- When ready, change status from Draft to Published.
- Confirm the event appears on your organization’s public event listing.
