Step 1: Check status in Trepy
- Sign in as an Organization Admin.
- Open Payments or Stripe Connect.
- Note the status: Active, Pending, or Restricted.
Step 2: Open Stripe requirements
- Click View in Stripe, Complete requirements, or the equivalent link.
- In the Stripe Dashboard, open Connect → Account → Requirements.
- Review each outstanding item — identity, business profile, bank account, tax ID.
