Steps

Step 1: Check status in Trepy

  1. Sign in as an Organization Admin.
  2. Open Payments or Stripe Connect.
  3. Note the status: Active, Pending, or Restricted.

Step 2: Open Stripe requirements

  1. Click View in Stripe, Complete requirements, or the equivalent link.
  2. In the Stripe Dashboard, open ConnectAccountRequirements.
  3. Review each outstanding item — identity, business profile, bank account, tax ID.
